As the arrival date approaches, detailed instructions regarding our self-check-in process are provided. This includes an access code for a secure lockbox where the apartment key will be safely stored, ensuring a smooth and flexible arrival.

How close is the property to the beach and local amenities?

Our residences are ideally situated at the peaceful edge of Perdika village. The sandy Perdika beach, known for its calm and shallow waters, is a mere 250 m away. For your convenience, local cafes, traditional restaurants, and shops are located within 300 m, while essential services such as a mini-market and pharmacy are all within walking distance.

Are the apartments suitable for families with children?

Yes, we warmly welcome children of all ages. Infants aged 0-2 years stay free of charge, and we provide a limited number of baby cots upon request, subject to availability.

What facilities are provided within the apartments?

Each apartment is designed for self-catering autonomy, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and hobs. For your comfort, every unit includes air-conditioning in both the living area and bedrooms, as well as a private balcony or terrace with a coffee table and chairs. Bathrooms are modernly appointed with walk-in showers.

Is there elevator access to the apartments?

Yes, for your convenience and ease of movement, all apartments located on the upper floors are fully accessible via elevators.

Is parking available?

We offer free parking directly on the property premises for our guests.

What housekeeping and laundry services are offered?

To ensure a pristine environment, linen is changed twice weekly and towels three times weekly. Additionally, guests have access to a common laundry room equipped for washing, drying, and ironing at no extra cost.

Can I bring my pet to the residences?

We regret to inform you that pets are not permitted at Perdika Residences to maintain the comfort and standard of our facilities for all guests.

Are there any digital amenities provided?

For guests requiring digital access, we offer tablets available for free use upon request, subject to availability.
